We have decided to write down a few information for our customers to avoid any form of misunderstanding.

All About Cleaning NI  guarantee the highest level of services. However if you are not happy enough with our job we will offer you re-clean  free of  charge in 24 hours from last cleaning. Our service is always adequate to time slot agreed by customer.

We are responsible for all payroll taxes. We have Public liability insurance and we can provide Access NI.

​

We provide all products and equipment.

 

Our cleaners are reliable and trustworthy. Our cleaners are instructed not to lift any heavy items like sofas, armchairs, etc. Our  cleaners can move your furniture only if you wish so. Our cleaners never open the door to anyone except one of our other cleaner.

Our cleaners will immediately inform the client of any accidental damage. Even we are always very careful unfortunately accidents do happen. For this unhappy situations we have proper insurance and we will offer to pay for any damage cause by our staff.

Please inform us on our first visit if you have marble,granite or any valuable stone in your house. If you have any irreplaceable items (monetary or sentimentally) please inform us before cleaning and it will be not clean by our staff. All About Cleaning NI are not responsible for any damage due to improper or faulty installation of any item.

Client will receive an invoice by email on te same day as service is completed.Client will be asked to pay an invoice in 24 hours.

 As we are huge animal lovers we would appreciate any information how to take care of your pets while the service last. We also take care for our staff so we reserve the right to choose if we clean your pets excrement.

Please let us know as soon as possible about any changes or cancellations.We charge 50% cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice.

Things we do not clean:

 

• Clean outside windows

• Move heavy furniture like sofas,fridge,wall units etc

• Clean unusually high places like high ceilings

• Big areas of walls(in deep cleaning service we always check the wall for spot and remove whatever is possible)

• Clean inside the bins

• Clean any blood,vomit or any blood stains

• Ovens

 

We reserve the right to take Before and After photos to use it for marketing purpose. We will not publish any recognizable details of customers or their properties.
